I'M MONTEREY

I’m a mom, a wife, and a lifelong experimenter who spent way too many years trying to pick one thing and stick to it or juggling all the things I wanted and trying to make progress in each of them.

Spoiler alert: I couldn’t.

After a decade of running businesses and second-guessing myself, I finally realized I wasn’t flaky or scattered—I was multipassionate. And nothing really clicked until I stopped trying to change that and started building a life that actually worked for the way I’m wired.

MY STORY

Once I made that shift, everything got SO much better.

Not perfect—I’m still a real human with a million tabs open—but I built systems that gave me space to explore without burning out or starting over every few months.

Now I've absolutely loved helping other multipassionates do the same—find clarity, make progress, and build a rhythm that works with their brain instead of against it. That’s what Lift & Shift Life is all about: showing up as your whole self, getting out of the box you were handed, and making room for all the weird, wonderful parts of you that make you... you. :)
